SecurityRED™ is activated by entering the code which is printed on the reverse of your scratchcard or that you received following your online sign-up. Once you have entered this code, along with your details, mobile phone number, device type and IMEI number, you will be able to activate your profile which will allow you to manage or lock all the basic functionality of your operating system as well as any other application installed on your device, as long as the application is known to the service.

  • Changes to connection information

SecurityRED™ is also able to intercept and manage any changes to the SIM card used in the smartphone letting you know immediately what is happening and allowing you to take action, such as cancelling sensitive data, either automatically or manually.

All this happens through the sending of specific commands via text message in a special “silent” mode which means that the communication is undetectable as it arrives on the device. These messages are encrypted and their content is personal and protected from unauthorized access.
