The subscription provides the definition of a period in which it’s possible to use the service. The activation of service starts the same day that the subscription is activated.

The events represent the maximum number of activities which may be completed during the subscription period. If events exhaust before the end of subscription time, you’ll need to buy a new charging and re-activate the service.

The purchase of a new charging extends the subscription period of further 12 months, starting from the date of the new activation.

The events of activation and lock device through phone will not be calculated and deducted from the total of events available in your subscription.
